Yakitori Chicken 😘😘 Such an easy recipe and full of flavour – Clean eating at its best!! Recipe for 2 below:
4 Chicken Thighs, chopped into 4
4 Spring onions, chopped into 3rds
3 tbsp low sodium soy
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
Toasted sesame seeds, brown rice and chopped spring onion to serve
Preheat oven to 200c fan, mix the soy, garlic and honey in a large bowl and add the chicken to marinate. Put the chicken and spring onion onto skewers and pop onto a baking tray, drizzle with the rest of the marinade. Scatter round the tenderstem and spray with frylight or drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins or until chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and tenderstem broccoli on top of brown rice and sprinkle over spring onion and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!!
