4 Frozen cod fillets
2 slices wholemeal/gluten-free bread
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1 egg, whisked
Preheat the oven to 180c fan, Partly defrost the frozen cod fillets so that you are able to slice into even bitesize pieces. Pop the bread, garlic granules, paprika and seasoning in a food processor and blitz to fine breadcrumbs then place into a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the egg. Dip the cod pieces into the egg then into the breadcrumbs and place onto a baking tray lined with foil and sprayed with frylight. Repeat with all the cod pieces (Top Tip: use one hand to avoid messiness), bake in the oven for 20 mins until cooked through and serves with chips and mushy peas. Enjoy!!
