Sticky Hoisin Chicken Pancakes – We love crispy duck when we have a Chinese takeaway and really fancied something comforting tonight šŸ˜˜šŸ˜˜ the perfect Saturday Night Dinner thank you to waitrose for the inspiration – Recipe for 4 below:
INGREDIENTS
200g hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Large chicken
1ā„2 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 salad onions, thinly sliced
Chinese pancakes
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200c fan, mix the hoisin sauce and rice vinegar and spread 1ā„2 over the chicken. Roast for 30 minutes. Spread the remaining sauce over the chicken, lower the oven to 170c fan and roast for another 45 minutes. Rest for 30 minutes, then slice and serve with the cucumber, salad onions, pancakes and extra hoisin. Enjoy!!
