Naked Burgers, with Caramelised Shallots and Sweet Potato Wedges 😘😘 Yummm I could eat this everyday – Clean, easy and delicious recipe for 2 below:
INGREDIENTS
250g 5% fat Beef Mince
Mixed herbs & seasoning
2 Large Sweet potato, chopped into wedges, skin on
Sprinkle of vegan cheese
1 large shallot, finely sliced
1 tsp honey
Olive oil
Salad to serve
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200c fan, mix the sweet potato wedges with some olive oil and seasoning, pop in the oven to roast for 25-30 mins.
Mix the mince with mixed herbs and season, form into 2 x burger shapes and fry on a medium/low heat for around 15mins until cooked through. Meanwhile, fry the onions on a medium/low heat for around 10 mins in a little olive oil, adding a little raw honey half way through, stirring well to coat.
Sprinkle the burger with a little cheese and pop a lid on to melt. Serve the burgers topped with the shallots, with the wedges and a big side salad. Enjoy!!
