Brown Shrimp in a garlic and parsley butter on griddled soda bread 😘😘 The most simple and delicious starter I have had. Griddle thinly sliced soda bread for a couple of minutes on each side, meanwhile in a frying pan melt butter with parsley and garlic powder, add the brown shrimp and stir well until cooked and warmed through. Serve the bread on a plate with the shrimp on top, drizzled with the garlic butter and a little side salad. Enjoy!!
